Explanation of the Purpose of Fiqh Law Regarding Livelihoods By Maharati Marfuah, Lc.

This Android application is an Explanation of the Purpose of Fiqh Law Regarding Livelihoods by Maharati Marfuah, Lc. In PDF format.

The family is a combination of nature between the two sexes towards the household. The family is the main building of the social system, including in Islamic society. So the Al-Qur'an as a human guide, regulates life in the family and protects the family from anarchism of ignorance.

Islam's concern for the family is commensurate with its concern for individual life and human life as a whole. That's because the family is if the community and its backbone. Ignorance and backwardness are a reflection of the circumstances of the families living in this nation's society.

Families are formed and bound in legal marriage ties. Among the goals of marriage is the creation of mutual love and peace in the family. All of that is achieved because the primary needs of human life are met. In this case, household income, both material and non-material.

The word subsistence in language comes from the Arabic anfaqa – yunfiqu- infaqan - nafaqatan which means to spend5, infaq means al-mashrûf wa al-infâq, namely shopping costs, spending money, and living expenses6. This livelihood is in the singular.

Originally the meaning of living referred to the wealth of dirhams. Then it is used to refer to something that is given to people who are dependents. This word is mostly used for good things. The word livelihood has also been absorbed into the official Indonesian language which means expenses.

Another opinion states that subsistence comes from the base/noun form (masdar/noun) of the verb "nafaqa" which is often equated with the verbs dzahaba, kharaja, nafida and madha, meaning that these words have similarities in terms of meaning, namely both indicate the transfer of one thing to another thing.
