About Træn med forsvaret

Training with the defense is a new training program for anyone who wants to be in good shape.

With the app you can train for an individually designed program Whether you are already in good shape or you start all over again, the app will help you further, starting with your current form. The proven forms of training ensure that you increase your endurance, strength and fitness to a higher level - while increasing the speed of recovery.

With the app you can:

Test your physics using one of two fitness tests and a strength test with four strength exercises:

- Bib test or 12-minute fitness test

- 4 strength exercises

Get your personalized 8-week training program. The program is made individually based on your test results.

You can also choose from different 8-week standardized workouts, divided into different difficulty levels and fitness types such as strength, fitness or all-round training;

You can choose from more than 100 exercises from the Exercise Library in the categories:

- Fitness training

- Strength training

- Circular training

- Mobility training

The Defense Center for Military Physical Training is behind the training content in the app Training with the Defense. The Center for Military Physical Training has developed the guidelines for the physical tests used in the entrance exams for the Armed Forces training. They also stand for the training concept that is part of the soldiers' physical education, whether conscripted or for the professional soldiers

The app helps you build your form at your own pace, responsibly and efficiently and based on your own basic form. The principle is to improve your physique in the areas where you are weakest, so that you minimize the risk of injury overload.

The defense assumes no responsibility for users' use of the app. Nor can the defense be held liable for injuries sustained in the course of training, e.g. as a result of inappropriate training. The defense recommends that people using the app's training programs must be 16 years of age.
