The National Assembly deliberated and adopted at its meeting of 16 March 2017, Law No. 2017-02 concerning the carrying Leasing Republic.

This law of 60 articles divided into seven chapter defined the framework in which the owner of a movable or immovable property sells it to a third party who benefits in favor of a contract concluded between the two part.
