It enables the digitization of receipt stamp information received from customers.

1) Electronic sign function

You can get your receipt sign from the screen of your smartphone. The receipt sign you received will be linked to the charter management system, and you will be able to confirm the receipt sign from the charter management system.

2) Form upload function

By taking a picture of the delivery confirmation received from the customer, the image can be linked to the charter management system and confirmed from the charter management system.

3) Cargo information disclosure / answer function

It is possible to confirm the baggage information requested by the customer published by Sagawa Express and answer whether or not it can be operated.

4) Business start function

By authenticating the TMS app with SMS (linking the phone number to the driver and terminal), you can report the start and completion of business from the notification list (operation list). In addition, you can report the start of business by holding your smartphone over the QR code printed on the paper delivery confirmation.

After the package has been delivered, open the URL of the charter operation schedule email sent from the charter management system, and the app will be launched. You will be asked to sign the receipt from the electronic sign screen.

After the package has been delivered, open the URL of the charter operation schedule email sent from the charter management system, and the app will start up. Please take a picture from the form upload screen and register.

3) Cargo information disclosure / answer function

From the number of unanswered cargo information disclosure information on the portal screen, it is possible to check and reply to the disclosed cargo information.

4) Business start function

By sending an SMS from the phone number registered in the vehicle allocation information and authenticating on the application side, the information on the operation schedule will be displayed from the notification list, and it will be possible to report the start of business. Also, if you press the business start report icon from the menu, you will be in shooting mode, so you can start business by reading the QR code written on the delivery confirmation.
