What is a RE:AL Athlete?
A RE:AL Athlete is anyone of any age who utilises an integrated training and nutrition approach to perform at their optimal level, whether that is simply being able to perform every day tasks with ease, play with the kids, smashing PBs in an amateur sport, or competing at an elite level.
Whatever your goals, the RE:AL Athlete Performance Method will get you there!
Our integrated training has been scientifically developed to build RE:AL Athletes from the ground up, from any starting point to any goal.
Our programmes are tailormade to your goals which take you through three levels of integrated training: Level 1 - Stabilisation, Level 2 - Strength, Level 3 - Power.
Within the three levels there are six phases: Phase 1 - Stabilisation Endurance, Phase 2 - Strength Endurance, Phase 3 - Muscular Development, Phase 4 - Maximal Strength, Phase 5 - Power, Phase 6 - Maximal Power.
All programmes begin by improving stabilisation because ensuring the fundamentals of human movement and ideal posture is achieved before placing greater demands on the body. Then the programme will move through the relevant phases to progress you towards your goals. Not all athletes will train is all six phases. An integrated training programme is customised to meet the individual requirements of each athlete.
