For a few minutes daily, try out joyful mind workouts and have fun with our virtual pet duck. Our workouts are lighthearted, joyful self-care activities that strengthen your mental fitness, helping you maintain or get to a superior mental health state.

-Treasure box where you record joyful moments in life and revisit them when you need a smile

-3 min guided meditation to relax and focus

-Fun Tai-chi movements to follow for mind and body balance

We are continuing to add new mind workouts. A habit tracker, a step counter, and a Pomodoro timer are coming next.
