Congolese Criminal Procedure (Code of Criminal Procedure of the Democratic Republic of Congo) - is the code which brings together the legislative standards relating to criminal procedure. This document thus reproduces the DECREE of August 6, 1959 relating to the Code of Criminal Procedure as amended and supplemented by Laws No. 06/019 of July 20, 2006 and No. 15/024 of December 31, 2015.
