Civil Procedure Code (CPC) of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Congolese Civil Procedure (Code of Civil Procedure of the Democratic Republic of Congo) - whose name is often abbreviated to "CPC", is a code which describes the rules applicable to civil procedures (form and content of certain acts, deadlines for appeal, etc. before the civil courts). This document thus reproduces the DECREE of March 7, 1960.
