This is a teaching on regeneration back to the supernatural having degenerated to the natural from the days of Adam.

Every need answers to a miracle, every challenge bows to a wonder, and every desire surrenders to a sign. The supernatural is the true root of Christianity; it is what gives credibility to the Christian faith. The virgin birth of Jesus Christ was a miracle, just as his strange understanding at age 12 that amazed the doctors of the law. His ministry of signs and wonders cannot be denied: He made the blind to see, the deaf to hear and dumb to speak. His death and resurrection was a miracle.

Behold, I whom the Lord hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the Lord of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion.
