Here is your Mama workout app for prenatal & postnatal fitness, developed with fitness experts, recommended by doctors and midwives. You can start anytime! Workout at home: Cardio, strength, legs/butt, core, pelvic floor and stretching / relaxing. All workouts tailored to your specific phase, fitness level and needs.

The workouts are presented by TV star, fitness expert and mom Birte Glang. Experience her and your body transformation at the same time: We covered 80 weeks of her body's change & challenge pregnancy & postnatal. Together you'll gain weight during pregnancy, recover postnatal and make your way up to Mama Masterclass level after baby.

Safe exercising at home, per- and postnatal

Experience a fit and healthy pregnancy, be prepared for childbirth, recover faster and experience the postnatal mama body transformation: 40 weeks pregnancy plan & workouts and 40 weeks mommy fitness plan & postnatal body transformation workouts.
