Mindful Life Academy is an exclusive online mobile application We teach a unique format to individuals and groups that include 5 practices towards a healthy, happy and prosperous way of living. 1st) Mindful Nutrition - Learn the proper fundamentals of good nutrition and what it really means to say ""you are what you eat"". Even if you eat well, we may still be able to help with ideas on supplementation and new food choices.

2nd) True Cardio Fitness - Allow us to educate you on effective and efficient cardiovascular exercise when it comes to your own individual health. We'll teach you the best time, the best way and the proper amount. Whether you're an elite or novice athlete, someone just looking to maintain a healthy heart or an individual with potential or pre-existing cardiovascular disease. We can show you the smartest and healthiest way to get your heart in shape.

3rd) Strength Training - Our concept for this is easy... An education in Natural Fitness Training (NFT) is what we call it and it's all about maintaining proper muscular balance within the body by learning to sustain your own body weight. Our Workout Wall is a one of a kind power gym like none other in SWFL. We combine Suspension Training, Resistance Bands, Stahl Bar Systems and much more to give you a controlled workout that's extremely effective for building lean muscle mass the right way.

4th) Yoga & Flexibility - We'll teach you the true meaning of yoga and guide you through the most effective asanas (poses) that work for you. In addition, our Stahl Bar systems are incredible for developing improved flexibility. Beyond that, we offer PNF stretching and our foam rolling techniques for deeper myofascial release of stubborn, tight muscles.

5th) Meditation & Breathing Techniques - We take the voodoo out of this ancient practice and bring the science to the forefront. We teach individuals and small groups how powerful and easy a solid meditation practice can be to relieve anxiety & stress. We'll educate you on breathing techniques that can help with reducing blood pressure, depression, and even anxiety disorders, all while helping to develop better coping skills in everyday life.
