General Labor Law Republic of Angola. Law N 12/23, of December 27th

Angolan Labor Legislation (General Labor Law Republic of Angola. Law N 12/23, of 27 December) - is the set of guidelines that companies must follow to comply with labor legislation in Angola. It applies to all employers and employees in the private sector, both national and foreign, who operate in Angolan territory. Public servants working in the Local or Central Public Administration, workers with a permanent diplomatic or consular contract, those associated with cooperatives or NGOs and casual work are not subject to the rules imposed by the General Labor Law in Angola.
