iTWO site control is the mobile workplace in the cloud and supports small and medium-sized craft businesses in the execution of their orders and projects.

Events + Faults + Deficiencies

Record events (deficiencies, faults, disabilities, remaining services, etc.) directly at the scene of action and locate them by pin at the appropriate place in the plan.

Photo documentation

Photograph all events directly from the app and assign this to the respective project, construction phase or defect. This assignment and different search criteria later make it possible to quickly retrieve the required image.

Site Journal

Keep the events on the construction site with all important details complete and legally secure. At the push of a button, construction diaries and construction site reports can be generated digitally and later printed out for the client.

Address and contact management

Capture important data about your customers and suppliers - such as address, contact person and billing address - completely and at a central location. Stored company contacts can be called up quickly, can be maintained down to the last detail and processed further. In the contact history, for example, record all conversations and emails with your customers and deposit the respective documents and information such as offers, agreements, invoices etc.

Task Management

Keep an overview of your open tasks, delegate activities to internal or external employees and always keep track of the current processing status.
