Managing Director:

In MD, we can view the status of property issues given by tenant.. then we can manage leave by property or maintenance head.. and attendance log (Employee log in and log out) can be viewed.

Property head:

In Issue Section, we can view all new issues in detailed , create issue based on mapping properties and view status of issues given by tenant. In leave request section, we can apply leave and view the status of leave which is approved by managing director. in manage leave section, we can manage property assistant's leave request.

Property Head Assistants:

In Issue Section: we can view all new issues in detailed, create issue based on mapping properties and view status of issues given by tenant. In leave request section, we can apply leave and view the status of leave which is approved by managing director. In Attendance Pin, status will shown and indicates last status easily.

Maintenance head:

In New Issue Section: we can see new issue assigned for property. In Status of Issue, issues can be viewed. In Attendance section, see technician's attendance. In Leave Approval section, technician's leave requests will be approved. In Leave request section, we can see the list of lsat 10 value status. In Attendance Pin, can log in and check attendance status.

Technician:

In Task Section, task details, acceptance and rejections are indicated. Leave Request, Attendance Pin, are same as the above.

Customer:

In Properties Section, we can see basic details, expanded details and download documents of the property. In Transaction History, we can see history of transaction based on selected month & year. In Receipts, pay bills based on rent, water, Eb..

Tenant:

Here we can view the issues and its details. in issue page, we can create property issues.
