Thinking How-To-Use???
Well that's Easy :)
Just get into pushup position and keep the your awesome android device under your chest or stomach (don't forget to press the Record button) and the app will count your pushups.
Make sure while doing pushups you get down as far as possible, as the minimum distance required to detect pushup depends on your device.
Does your phone lacks a proximity sensor and you still want to use the app??
No problem. You can do so in any of the following ways:
1. Just let the app track the time of pushups, and you can later edit the count yourself manually ( hey just don't misuse this!! ).
2. Or you can enable the Keep-Screen-On feature from the settings. This will prevent your device from going to sleep during workout and you can count pushups by touching your Forehead or Chin or Nose on the device screen while going down.
Happy Pushups :D
And Thanks for reading this far!!
