We have released a new feature allowing clients to create their own Observation questions. To help support this new feature we have improved our current Observation Module to preserve historic reports based on question order and availability at the time of Observation report creation. Questions added, edited, or removed for a category after an observation report is generated will not be reflected on the final report. All new observations will include the question updates.
