Start here to get to know your 34 mat exercises. Amy will take your through each exercise and give you suitable modifications and progressions for the beginner to advanced Pilates body! We want you to use these to get the most out of your workouts so keep coming back and practising them!
Quick 5 | 5min Workouts
Short workouts are perfect for practising the beginner moves without having to think about it too much. We move quickly to get the movement patterns in the body and brain. Think of it as a little drill to warm you up!
Do It In 10 | 10min Workouts
The DO IT IN 10’s are here to help you build up that strength and stamina in all the moves. When you are limited on time but want to make sure your body feels its Pilates Best then this is your workout! Designed to help you focus on the flow of the Matwork.
Daily Workout | 30min Workouts
We’ve Flowed and Moved in 5min and 10min and now its time to add that level of concentration with a 30min DAILY WORKOUT. You should be able to find 30 minutes in your day to add this workout in. We’ve got time in these workouts to give you a few modifications and progressions along the way. Watch out in the video for one person performing the original and one doing the modification.
Weekly Workout | 40min Workouts
We’ve got your WEEKLY WORKOUT covered in this 40min video session. This is where we get to have a little fun by adding in variations and testing your technique! Amy loves to throw in a new cue or maybe she will slow it down or speed it up to check that you are concentrating. With that little more time you will be sure to feel stronger and stretched out!
