This is a theme and only show up in GSam Battery Monitor under the Battery Icon Theme section. It does not show up in your app drawer.

You must have GSam Battery - Icon Pack installed in order to use the overlay feature provided in GSam Battery Monitor App.

To switch to this battery theme navigate to app drawer, click on GSam Battery Monitor. Once the app opens press on the menu key -> preferences ->Battery Icon Theme. Choose Razr Eclipse Theme or Eclipse Bigger Icon.

If you like the old Icons they have moved to Eclipse ICS here on the market.
