Eclipse battery theme is made to work with GSam Battery Monitor.

This is a theme only.

It does not show up in your app drawer, but inside the GSam Battery Monitor apk.

You must have GSam Battery - Icon Pack installed in order to use the overlay feature provided in GSam Battery Monitor App.

To switch to this battery theme navigate to app drawer, click on GSam Battery Monitor. Once the app opens press on the menu key -> preferences ->Battery Icon Theme. Choose Razr Eclipse Theme or Eclipse Bigger Icon.
