About Fibercom

Manage your on-site staff, customer and business processes with the mobile app

With the Field Tracking application, you can easily monitor and manage your daily business processes.

You may receive requests for work, training or breakdown as requested by your customers.

You can create a request for technical support on behalf of any customer.

You can assign a job request to the technical staff as a duty to create a job management.

With the task assignment, you can determine the approximate cost, send a special message about the job to the technical personnel or send a customer satisfaction survey.

You can see the customer location or the location of the job on the map.

You can create a business calendar and view your upcoming events.

You can follow up customer contracts and warranties of work done.

You can report customer, field personnel or business status.

Requests Screen

The technical support request can be approved or rejected by the administrator.

All requests can be listed daily, weekly or monthly, approved or unapproved ones can be filtered or searched directly from a request list.

On the Demand screen you can see the type of support requested, the requesting customer, the approval status, the location of the job on the map and the dates of the transaction.

In the request approval stage, the task can be assigned to a team or you can assign a task by selecting one or more personnel.

Tasks Screen

Managers can list all tasks assigned to the technical staff.

Technical personnel may list all the tasks assigned to it.

On the Tasks screen, the task status is shown as percentiles.

All tasks can be listed daily, weekly or monthly, pending, queued or completed tasks can be filtered or searched directly from a task list.

On the task screen, you can see the task type, customer information, the manager responsible for the job, the task detail and the dates of the transaction.

Any task status can be directly queued, processed, completed, canceled, or postponed.

You can chronologically list all the processes of the manager, the staff and the business responsible for a task.

Works Screen

You can see all tasks or jobs completed by field personnel.

Jobs can be listed daily, weekly or monthly and can be searched directly from a business list.

On this screen you can see the type of job or task, customer information, the staff that approved the final business process, the warranty status of the job, the start and end dates of the work.

You can request a support or training for that job by selecting a previously completed job.

Notification Screen

You can send a direct notification to the customer in case of approval or cancellation of customer requests, assigning a duty to field staff, changing the task period and assigning a survey.

You can send a direct notification to the manager and field staff in case of assignment of a task to the field personnel or change of business process.

Direct notification is sent to the manager or service managers at critical stages of the warranty processes, contracts and business follow-up.

Customer Display

You can list customers' contact information, address information, distances to your company, and customer type.

You can set VIP credit for your private customers so that you can request direct support during the year.

You can list your active and passive customers separately.

You can list all the personnel and contact information connected to the customer and you can directly call from this list.

Staff Display

You can list all staff, customer personnel or all personnel working in your own company.

You can see the personnel type and contact information on the personnel screen and find any personnel by searching through this list.

You can create teams to assign tasks to the business processes and see which staff are working on which screen.
