The free digital notebook for monitoring learning for kindergartens (France Métropole and DOM-TOM).

Designed for teachers, the application allows you to instantly capture and store all types of documents (image, audio, video, text) for each student in the class. The tool is intuitive and suitable for young children who are involved in their learning.

These traces are associated by the teacher with the expected and / or observables established by the Ministry of National Education (2015 program).

A student comment (audio transformed into text) as well as a teacher comment can be added.

The follow-up notebooks are automatically generated with grouping of traces concerning the same expected in order to better visualize the progress.

Several modes of transmission to parents are possible.

In accordance with official texts, this is not a skills booklet (of the Summary of skills type):

the student is the reference, we see with him his progress over time.

New in version 1.8.9v101 from March 1:

- Possibility to pre-select up to 8 observables by default, 1 per "workshop" for automatic assignment when captured by students.

- Ability to modify the labels of observables.

- Possibility of adding "labels" (tags) to each observable to facilitate their selection in the grid.

- Various bug fixes and optimizations.

New in version 1.8.2v95 of January 4, 2020:

- The monitoring grid is now displayed for students in the same section.

- The e-notebook files can be produced directly from the page containing the list of students, displayed in list mode (and not mosaic). They register directly on the tablet.

- Multi-lingual version: e-journal. It reproduces the content that appears in the student blog. Similar to the e-notebook but the observables are presented in chronological order, whatever the reference system used. Allows to have observables described according to several frames of reference (example: English / French). Email modified accordingly: e-journal instead of e-notebook. Personalization in the settings.

- Change of photo selector for student avatar. It is now possible to go and choose a photo anywhere on the tablet.

- Document cleaning function for which the media has been deleted.

- Import function of the student backup file.

- Adding alert message if the date filter in the e-notebook leads to 0 media.

Other features:

- The reference catalog is now customizable thanks to a windows and MacOs application (see our website). The resulting file is imported into the tablet from "observable settings / Management".

This possibility allows taking into account different French-speaking standards (ASH, Montessori, Belgian, ...) and versions in other languages ​​(English, Arabic, Occitan, Catalan, ...).

It also makes it possible to deploy the same version of repository within the same establishment.

- Selection of a period to keep only the observables of a period in the e-notebooks. "Settings" menu, "E-book settings".

- Export of the monitoring grid in the form of an Excel file.

- Export of all content (database and media: photos, videos, audio) to a folder

- Import the backup file into another tablet if necessary (transfer or backup)

- Display of a 'logs' window which shows what is happening and which facilitates support.
