Introducing the New Penal Code of the Togolese Republic

Penal Code of Togo (New Penal Code of the Togolese Republic, Law no. 2015-010 of November 24, 2015) - defines criminal offenses, regulates the arrest, indictment and trial of suspected persons, and sets sanctions and the treatment modalities applicable to convicted persons. On November 24, 2015, Law No. 2015-010 establishing the new penal code was promulgated, derogating from Law No. 80-1 of August 12, 1980.
