Labor Code of the Democratic Republic of Congo

Congolese Labor Code (Code du Travail de la République Démocratique du Congo) - this Code applies to all employees, regardless of nationality, whom employers hire under the service contract. This law governs all labor relations between employer and employee in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Law No. 015-2002 of October 16, 2002 on the Labor Code. Law No. 16/010 of July 15, 2016 amending and supplementing Law No. 015-2002 on the Labor Code.
