Welcome! I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Board Certified Health Coach, and my mission is to help women over 40 get healthier, fitter and stronger but in a way that is as EASY and doable as possible.

My short workouts are beginner-focused with options to progress, so you will be successful and feel good. I believe in keeping things as simple as possible so you can see progress in your busy life! I'm all about healthy habits and moderation, so we focus on habit-building and not quick fixes and diets!

These are at-home workouts, so all you need are a couple of sets of dumbbells a and a mat and we are ready to go!
