Angklung Sunda

Traditional musical instruments that developed in Sundanese society.

Angklung is a multitonal (double-pitched) musical instrument that has traditionally developed in Sundanese communities on the western part of Java. This instrument is made from bamboo, sounded by shaking (the sound is caused by the collision of a bamboo pipe body) so that it produces vibrating sounds in 2, 3, 4 to 4 tones in each size, both large and small.
