About ABC LIVE

App for workers and clients of ABC LIVE

Our application is divided into 3 very well differentiated parts:

DATABASE:

The DATABASE division will be for anyone who wants to be part of our events. In this division, the candidate must fill out a form/file with all their data. Each candidate will be able to access the employee portal with their passwords and apply to job offers.

EVENTS:

The events division will have different phases of work in which the employer and the employee will be a part.

First phase:

1. Creation of the event.

2. Sizing and assignment of work by the ABC executive team.

3. Once the positions have been assigned to each employee, a notice will automatically be sent to their app to confirm their commitment to the assigned shift and schedule.

4. When the sizing is covered, a work group will be generated to send all assigned employees different notifications according to customer requirements, briefing, changes in entry hours, training, etc.

Second stage:

1. With the staff already closed and assigned in our sizing, we will generate QR/wristbands for staff time control.

2. Upon arrival at the event and with the entire team perfectly informed, they will go to the staff entrances where we will accredit all the staff, and we will read those bracelets/QR to give them entry, verifying that all the administrative part is completed.

3. The same procedure will be done at the exit, thus optimizing to the maximum the effective hours of each employee.

4. The CRM will be collecting the hours per person and position through this QR reading.

Third phase:

1. Under this schedule control we can issue the payroll. On the other hand, the employee will be able to see in his profile the events carried out, and the payroll generated by the hours worked in each event. We minimize incidents as much as possible.

2. From their profile, the employee may request a company certificate or work contract for their administrative procedures.

3. The client will be able to check and download a daily summary for the control of hours per day and profile.

MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL:

Creation of the client profile with their fiscal data.

Elaboration of the budgets, for the creation of the event.

Import of the summary with the hours by profile and worker for each event for the issuance of the final invoice to the client.
