The book “Buloogh Al-Maram from the evidence of rulings” included; Imam Al-Hafiz Abi Al-Fadl Ahmed bin Ali bin Muhammad Al-Kinani Al-Shafi’i, known as Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani, who died in the year (852 AH) on the origins of the modern evidence for legal rulings; Ibn Hajar - may God have mercy on him - edited it thoroughly; To be the beginning of the path for the novice student, and an increase for those who reached the highest levels in this science.
This becomes clear from what Ibn Hajar himself said in the introduction to his book, where he said: “As for what follows, this is a summary that includes the origins of the modern evidence for rulings. .
Hence the importance of the book, as it is considered one of the most important books of rulings, and even reaches the level of valuables.
In arranging his book, Ibn Hajar - may God have mercy on him - followed the method of the jurists in arranging the books of jurisprudence; Where he began his book, as is the custom of the applicants, with purity, then prayer, then funerals, then zakat, then fasting, then pilgrimage, then sales, then marriage, then crimes, then hadd punishments, then jihad, then foods, and made the last of it a comprehensive chapter, which he called: Al-Jami` fi Al-Adab. Where he included a good selection of hadiths on morals and behavior, dhikr and supplication.
Ibn Hajar was interested in clarifying the degree of hadith in terms of authenticity and weakness, and he often published the chapter he deals with including in the two Sahihs or one of them, and if the hadith had follow-ups or evidence, he referred to it.
The book included 1568 hadiths, a large number that gave the book weight in terms of its importance. Perhaps the reason for the increase in the number of hadiths in this book is that Ibn Hajar used to include all the hadiths in the chapter he deals with, with an explanation of the weak, and this is on Reverse the book "Al-Imam"; Ibn Daqiq, where his author stipulated that he only mentions what is true.
Sheikh Al-Albani used to praise the book and recommend it to the students, and he said - may God have mercy on him: “One of the best books classified in the evidence of rulings is the book of Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar “Buloogh Al-Maram”, and its author indicated that the hadiths are authentic and weak....
In view of the great importance of the book, scholars from ancient times have been interested in memorizing and explaining it, and it has been printed in several editions.
