Thanks to the application, you can reduce your own anxiety, improve your mood, understand the causes of behavior, periodic bodily symptoms and prevent their occurrence.

The application is based on the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy, which has proven its effectiveness throughout the world.

It is intended both for independent work with your thoughts, and as an aid to individual psychotherapy and psychocorrection.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) works with thoughts. If you are not yet familiar with this area, then we recommend starting with the block "I want to make sure that thoughts affect emotions." In it, you will conduct a series of experiments and make sure from your own experience that thoughts affect your emotions and body. This is preparation for further work.

You will be able to get tested and find out what symptoms you have now, how severe they are. And also identify your inherent cognitive errors and psychological mechanisms that help you cope with them.
