The Code of Labor Laws of Ukraine (KzpP, 10.12.1971 N 322-VIII) is a code that regulates labor relations in Ukraine. The regulation of such legal relations focuses on the process of paid performance of work (in contrast to the regulation of paid performance of work in civil legal relations, which focuses primarily on its results), i.e. the Labor Code regulates the time of work and rest, incentives and recovery from employees, guarantees for the latter from the employer, etc. .
