ZiO food was created with the idea of ​​giving restaurateurs what other providers of "food delivery" services do not offer: higher revenues resulting from the lowest commission on the market and control over the menu visible to customers. The 5% commission is a phenomenon on the Polish market and the strongest side of the project, and it is possible thanks to the involvement of restaurant owners in the independent administration of content in the application. This division of work, according to the creator of the application, allows you to be competitive, and additionally allows restaurant managers to freely introduce changes to the menu.

ZiO food is designed to operate in a local perspective. This is what makes it appreciated by the city residents who are aware of their purchasing decisions, who have their own habits - favorite restaurants, bakeries or organic food shops, and cannot imagine that they could not be missing in their lives.
