HERE ARE THE CHANGES:
- new Holiday icon
- Nightmare levels are now in Hell mode
- duration of Shield and Bomb split in half
- Continue now acts as if you died and sets you back 1, 2 or 3 levels
- you have a 7 day period for training now
- after that the Contest continues
- same rules still apply - first come, first serve - cheating & hacking disqualifies
- each week one Nightmare level will go back from Hell to Default mode
