Zense

Zense is an application for managing cable TV complaints.

This CRM will be able to handle more than 10 million subscriber details. The customer base will be uploaded to the CRM with all required fields defined by Zense team periodically. The search criteria to identify the customer will be Unique identification number/Registered Mobile Number/Customer Name/E mail ID. Each customer will be mapped to a Cable Operator (LCO) and Link Distributor (MSO).

Also customer bill amount, payment history, complaint history, current plan etc should be viewable through the app.
