Zenko Yoga is more than just a yoga studio, it’s a community. Zen means the 'contemplative state’ and Ko is the Japanese word for child. The aim of yoga, and Zenko is to bring the mind back to a child-like state, free of anxiety and concern.

Zenko Yoga has studios on both the Northern and Southern end of the Sunshine Coast and offers over 45 classes per week. Our Noosa and Maroochydore timetables include power, slow, gentle, restorative and yin yoga, as well as meditation and sound healing. A class to suit everybody.

Zenko also offers therapies, workshops, local and international retreats and certified Yoga Teacher Training.
