The YouBike™ was originally designed for the rehabilitation of spinal injury patients so they could work out their legs and upper body simultaneously. The YouBike™ can also aid paraplegic, stroke patients, the elderly and over-weight.

The YouBike™ hand cranks are connected to the foot cranks via a direct drive belt enabling your arms to exercise your legs in a cyclic manner enabling simultaneous upper and lower body exercise.

YouBike™ is an ideal portable rehabilitation exerciser for physical therapists or used as part of a regular home exercise plan. It can be quickly and easily readied for use and its compact size allows for easy storage once exercise is complete.
