Yogamu stands for "Yoga means union". "Union" is the literal translation of the Sanskrit word "yoga". This union can be experienced by means of yogic practices and techniques. The ancient sage Patanjali wrote about the 8 limbs (areas) of the yogic path. Asana (the form) you see in today's yoga studios is one important part of if. Furthermore, contemplation, meditation, and cultivation of a yogic mindset are needed to reach the needed depth of meditativeness that ultimately lets you experience the ancient goals of the path of the yogi.
