1. Yoga:

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual

Pranayama is the practice of breath control in yoga. In

modern yoga as exercise, it consists of synchronising

the breath with movements between asanas, but is

also a distinct breathing exercise on its own, usually

practised after asanas.

4. Yoda Mudra:

A mudra is a symbolic or ritual gesture or pose in

Hinduism, Jainism and Buddhism. While some

mudras involve the entire body, most are performed

with the hands and fingers.

5. Surya Namaskar:

A Surya Namaskar, Salute to the Sun or Sun

Salutation, is a practice in yoga as exercise

incorporating a flow sequence of some twelve

gracefully linked asanas.
