- Y-Care provides a quick and easy way to enter and track your health records. It uses HealthKit to read your health records in your phone and display them inside the app.

- Y-Care does not generate any data. It only reads data from HealthKit.

- The application allows users to declare personal records, monitor the health status of themselves as well as their loved ones.

- Users can set their own vaccination schedule.

- Users can also view health information articles by topic, learn about Japanese culture.

- Users can also upload medical records, create daily health diary.
