Latin courses now has listening section

We changed the order of the lectures from speaking, listening, and reading to speaking, reading and listening to better reflect the optimal sequence of study.

In the speaking section, we changed the icon for lessons not yet taken from an open book to a closed book to reflect the fact that the lessons have never been taken before.
