“XMH Building Care” provides features for Residents to interact with the Building Management Board

The App provides the following Resident features:

- Easily send requests to the Management Board: Directly send requests, report errors, problems about service and building quality.

-Receive information quickly from the Management Board: be updated with general news of the building; Human service announcement; Receive responses to requests from the Management Board.

- Actively control and look up information: Check and look up information on services such as management fees, electricity, water, vehicles....

- Convenient payment: Online payment can be made if XMH has a link with Viettel Pay,...

- Register to use the service: register to use the community house, swimming pool and other facilities;

- Actively assess the quality of cultural management services: Participate in surveys and evaluations of consultations of the Management Board.
