Attendance system without monthly payments

The application allows you to record and evaluate employee attendance. All these come without monthly flat fees. In the basic version for 3 employees, the application is completely free. For a larger number of employees, simply purchase a one-time extension.

What App can:

- Recording arrivals, departures and various types of breaks;

- identify the worker so that it is not abused by a third party;

- assign working hours to predefined projects;

- recognize public holidays and various types of obstacles at work;

- monitor the set working hours and point out non-compliance;

- generate monthly or time predefined attendance reports in xls format for further processing (payments, project hours ....);

- share reports in different ways;

- in the administrator approach account manage accounts and employees’ settings.

For the attendance system, it is necessary to dedicate one mobile phone or a tablet as an attendance terminal. The attendance application will be running on this terminal in recording mode. Depending on the selected level, it is possible to recognize the employee using the assigned PIN, or using the support application for employees ("Attendance - employee identification") with the generated QR code on the employee's phone.
