MYAdvancedDisposal is a free service offered to residents of the Unincorporated area of Houston County. This service provides an easy way to submit requests 24 hours a day for action and resolution for the following:

• Report missed garbage, yard waste or recycling pickup.

• Let us know of specific items you need picked up.

• Report concerns, complaints or compliments.

• Verify your pickup day for each service provided.

• Get answers to frequently answered questions.

Important note: Requests are not monitored on a 24/7 basis and are addressed during regular business hours. IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY, PLEASE CALL 911.
