Wilma Daycare

Wilma Daycare is a tool for early childhood care professionals.

Wilma Daycare makes day care sheets easier with its handy functions. With the app, staff easily manages day care entries in the middle of a rush.

The application can be used to manage children's check-in and check-out, to pick up children from other groups one by one for their own group during the day of care, and to mark children's absences. You can also enter the number of staff in the group on a daily basis. The app has a history view where you can conveniently browse each day’s entries, entries, and number of staff and correct them as needed.

All staff can use the app securely on the same device, as a personal PIN is required to use the app. If the user does not remember to log out after using the user, they will be automatically logged out after a while.

When the app is first deployed, each user adds their user account and creates their own PIN. The user account can be added either with a QR code, eg using a computer browser, or by selecting your own Wilman from the list in the application and entering the ID and password. You can always add new users later.

Wilma Daycare is only available to Visma's early childhood education clients.
