Wi-Fi CleanUp

- Show a Notification if the Wi-Fi is on but no connection yet.
- Assign Friendly name to a hotspot (BBSID) of a network (Touch the 'Name' label of the network).
- Display the signal level of a network hotspots and be able to connect to any of them (restricts any automatic connections to this specific BBSID). This is still experimental and can be used once it is enabled from the Settings menu.
- Access Wi-Fi settings
