Do you like Google Maps? Well this is not quite the same application.

Where in the world is a Google Maps clone that uses the GPS to find your current location. This application is a collaboration between a small group of developers eager to learn more about Android development. By starting from a simple location sample and extending it, we demonstrated Android development is not as daunting as you might expect. We hope you appreciate our effort and don't give it too many 1-stars.

Update 1 - Now with location markers that you can save on your device!

This update allows you to add custom markers by long pressing on any map location. A pin or marker will be added at the specified location and allow you to give it a unique name and contact number. Think of this update like a visual scratchpad for your favorite locations.
