By using our app, we ensure you have the items you need, delivered directly and discreetly to your door; at no cost to you or the NHS.

Well Healthcare Supplies is part of the Well Pharmacy family. Well are the third largest independent pharmacy chain, with over 780 pharmacies across the UK, serving communities and taking care of people's health for over 70 years.

Well Pharmacy is registered with the NHS, MHRA, GPhC and LegitScript.

How to use the Well Healthcare Supplies app:

1: Download the Well Healthcare Supplies app for FREE from your Apple store.

2: Search for the products you need and add them to your order. Set your delivery address and include any relevant details, such as measurements.

3: Well Healthcare Supplies takes care of the rest. You will receive an email and/or app notification when your prescription is received, and another when your item(s) have been despatched.

The whole process - from ordering through to delivery - usually takes between 7 and 10 days.

At the moment, we can only work with GPs in England who use EPS (Electronic Prescription Service).

When you need to reorder your item(s), we'll send you a reminder to help make sure you don't run out.
