(1)Added Reward function, Legion members can receive rewards in peacetime.
(2)Title function in General Command, the titled commander gets BUFF effect.

(1)Added Supplies Factory in Legion City to produce supplies.
(2)The Legion level now affects Legion City number and Legion building level.
(3)Legion interface improvements.
