City resources plunder function
You can get a certain amount of resources by attacking player's city;
Every city has a limit on the amount of resources can be plundered;
The amount of plunder varies depending on a commander’s level. Plundering a commander whose level is higher than yours gives you more resources;
Daily missions
Complete daily task to accumulate activity;
Accumulate a certain amount of activity to get rewards;
The only access to General Charles de Gaulle;
