Easy submission of billing documents via our new health app.

Dear customers,

At the end of June we will switch off our “Württembergische Gesundheit / Invoice App” apps. The app will be replaced by our FinanzGuide, which you can use to submit invoices today. Therefore, please submit your invoices via the FinanzGuide as soon as possible and note that as of July, submission via our apps will no longer be possible for this reason.

An important note for you: Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer the service submissions saved in apps to the FinanzGuide.

Customers of Württembergische Krankenversicherung AG can use the app to digitally submit invoices such as prescriptions, prescriptions, treatment and cost plans for reimbursement quickly and securely.

- Enter your health insurance number and your chosen blocking password.

- Photograph the receipt with the app and send it to the Württembergische.

** Features of the app:

- Active user guidance when taking photos of documents.

- Notification of successful submission of your receipts.

- Overview of the last submissions.

- Optional: Only allow data to be transferred in the WLAN.

- Optional: Store receipts temporarily and send them later.

** Please note:

- To register, you need a valid health insurance number from the Württembergische.

- Receipts issued abroad are generally not reimbursed. These must still be submitted in the original and by post.

- For technical reasons, the app can only be used on devices with the following requirements: Android version from 4.4, camera at least 8 megapixels and autofocus, processor CPU at least 2 GHz, RAM at least 2 GB.

** Data protection and data safety

The scanned documents are securely encrypted both locally in the app and when they are transmitted to the Württembergische.

In addition, the app is protected by its own lock password.
