[New] Support runtime permission in Android 6.0 Marshmallow
[New / Fix] External storage such as SD card will also be scanned now on most of the devices
[Fix] Empty folders will no longer shown as file in MTP mode after a media scan on Android 5.0 Lollipop or above, this only applies to new created empty folders which has not been scanned before
[Fix] Notification will be shown when scan is failed
