VR Theater for Cardboard

New in this release:

- more graphic improvements and a night-friendly interface (courtesy of Marcin Kowalski)
- srt files can now be in regional encodings, and not just in utf-8
- added an option to disable geometric correction
- updated the Cardboard SDK to the latest version
- brighter test image (thanks to Andrew for the suggestion)
- a lot of bug fixing (a big "thank you!" to Aviv Salem and, again, to Marcin Kowalski for the help)
